RATES

Your mediation session will be confirmed upon full payment of the total estimated fee. If, following the conclusion of the mediation, the estimated fee is insufficient to pay all hours billed, the parties will be invoiced for the remaining charges. Fees will be returned if the parties cancel no later than ten (10) business days prior to the mediation session. If cancelled with less than ten (10) business days notice, payments will be refunded if a mediation session in another matter is scheduled for the same day and time which the parties had reserved for their matter.

Pacific Mediation does not charge any intake, set up or other administrative fees.
